Stephen McCain, a two-time Olympic gymnast, World Champion Silver Medalist, and Hall of Fame inductee, has transcended the world of gymnastics to become a global advocate for longevity. Beyond his athletic achievements and appearances in film and television, Stephen is passionately committed to raising awareness and promoting practices that enhance human longevity and performance. At 50 years young, he defies conventional notions about aging, demonstrating that individuals can unlock their optimal health potential at any age.

Stephen's journey from elite athlete to holistic health advocate began after retiring from competition. Faced with a declining sense of purpose and deteriorating health, he embarked on a transformative journey, applying an Olympic-level focus to his well-being. Drawing on his diverse background as a former UCLA pre-med student, NASM Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and certified nutrition coach, Stephen developed a framework for optimal health that integrates the latest in exercise science, nutrition, functional, and cellular medicine.

Collaborating with elite coaches, psychologists, trainers, and doctors worldwide, Stephen inspires and guides individuals from all walks of life to live longer, healthier lives. He hosts the Stephen McCain Podcast, interviewing world-class doctors, researchers, biohackers, and high performers. He is also a co-founder of PLAIS.ai, a Houston-based longevity and A.I. clinic, and Club Exosome, providing access to cutting-edge Exosome therapies. He regularly speaks at prestigious medical and longevity conferences and was recently featured in the Amazon docu-series "Biohack Yourself."

You can accomplish anything with consistent daily action towards a goal. I began gymnastics at age 10 after showing my mom I could do a back-flip in the yard.  Soon after, I watched the U.S. Men's Gymnastics Team win the gold medal in the 1984 Olympics.

I spent the next 20 years committed to the sport of gymnastics and pushing my mind and body to the highest levels of peak performance.

To go from backyard gymnastics to a world-class gymnast took 2 things: a defined goal and daily action towards that goal. By focusing on what you want and taking consistent steps towards that goal, you’re guaranteed to move closer to your desired result. The outcome you achieve is commensurate to the quality and consistency of your PROCESS.

After retiring from gymnastics, I lost my purpose in life and found my health deteriorating each passing year. I went from feeling like a super hero to feeling like garbage. I stopped working out, was drinking too much, my diet was horrendous, and my body was puffy and in pain. I was out of shape and washed up. Then, one day I realized…my lifestyle was slowly killing me. Enough was enough; I quit drinking and decided to find my way back to peak performance by making optimal health & fitness my new goal.

I took an Olympic approach towards my health. I learned how the entire body works, I researched the latest science in human optimization, I learned from the best in the industry, and I tested everything I learned on my physiology.

At 50 years of age, I feel amazing and have developed a system for creating Optimal Health & Fitness. I’ve had the pleasure of working with some of the best coaches, psychologists, trainers, and doctors in the world.

Life is just easier when have your health and fitness. You’re simply better at everything you do. This is the only body you’re going to get. No matter where you’re at in your journey….all you have to do is decide what’s important and start.
