Stephen McCain is a 2x Olympic Gymnast, World Champion Silver Medalist, Hall of Fame inductee, and has performed on every continent except Antarctica, as well as film, television, and commercials in Hollywood, CA.
He is a speaker, educator, entrepreneur, and coach to some of the top performers in the world, including actors, stuntmen, Cirque performers, athletes, & executives.
Stephen has a passion for Human Optimization & Performance, increasing Healthspan, and helping others achieve their goals with health. At 50, Stephen believes it's possible to redefine the limitations of age.

You can accomplish anything with consistent daily action towards a goal. I began gymnastics at age 10 after showing my mom I could do a back-flip in the yard. Soon after, I watched the U.S. Men's Gymnastics Team win the gold medal in the 1984 Olympics.
I spent the next 20 years committed to the sport of gymnastics and pushing my mind and body to the highest levels of peak performance.
To go from backyard gymnastics to a world-class gymnast took 2 things: a defined goal and daily action towards that goal. By focusing on what you want and taking consistent steps towards that goal, you’re guaranteed to move closer to your desired result. The outcome you achieve is commensurate to the quality and consistency of your PROCESS.

After retiring from gymnastics, I lost my purpose in life and found my health deteriorating each passing year. I went from feeling like a super hero to feeling like garbage. I stopped working out, was drinking too much, my diet was horrendous, and my body was puffy and in pain. I was out of shape and washed up. Then, one day I realized…my lifestyle was slowly killing me. Enough was enough; I quit drinking and decided to find my way back to peak performance by making optimal health & fitness my new goal.
I took an Olympic approach towards my health. I learned how the entire body works, I researched the latest science in human optimization, I learned from the best in the industry, and I tested everything I learned on my physiology.
At 49 years of age, I feel amazing and have developed a system for creating Optimal Health & Fitness. I’ve had the pleasure of working with some of the best coaches, psychologists, trainers, and doctors in the world.
Life is just easier when have your health and fitness. You’re simply better at everything you do. This is the only body you’re going to get. No matter where you’re at in your journey….all you have to do is decide what’s important and start.
